Under No Circumstances Will We Offer Credit Facilities. All Goods Must Be Paid For In Full Before Shipment.

4. TITLE & RISK

The Title Of The Goods Remains The Property Of Party World UK Until Payment Is Received In Full. Risk Of The Goods Passes To The Customer Upon Shipment..

5.SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All Our Parcels Are Shipped By Our Couriers And Will Require A Signature On Delivery. We Aim To Have All In Stock Items Dispatched Within 72 Hours On An Overnight Courier Service

If  The Item You Have Ordered Is Out Of Stock We Will E Mail You As Soon As Possible And Let You Know The Expected Delivery Date. You Can Then Choose To Have The Item Held On Back Order Or Refunded.

If Any Item Is Out Of Stock When Ordered The Delivery Date Given Is An Estimate. Party World UK Or Our Suppliers Can Not Be Held Responsible For Any Delays Incurred.

6. RETURNS PROCEDURE

6.1 If You Wish To Return Any Of Your Order Please Pay Careful Attention To The Following.

6.2 Returns Of Goods That Are Not Faulty Or Damaged Will Result In A 50% Re Stocking Fee. Any Items Returned To Party World UK Under This Clause Remain The Responsibility Of The Customer Until Received By Our Returns Team.

6.3 If The Item Has Arrived Damaged Then We Will Exchange The Item On A like For Like Basis. We Will Also Cover The Return Shipping Costs By 1st Class Recorded Mail Or Our Couriers. We Do Recommend When returning Any Item That You Always Use a Trackable Method Of Shipment.

7. CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations can only be made before the item is shipped. Once The Order Has Been Dispatched Then The Standard Returns Procedure in 6.2 Will Apply
